Appeal Your Deportation Order

The Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA) is the court that reviews decisions from the Immigration Court system (EOIR). If you feel that the immigration judge in your case came to an incorrect decision you have 30 days from the date of the Immigration Judge’s deportation order in which you can file an appeal with the BIA.  30 days can go by very quickly.  It is important to take action right away and review your case with an attorney if you wish to appeal your case.

If the BIA does not rule in your favor, you can appeal again in a federal circuit court of appeals that serves your jurisdiction, and, if necessary, appeal for a third time before the U.S. Supreme Court.  If you wish to review your case for an appeal with one of our attorneys, please contact us at info@zmvisas.com
