Supna Zaidi Peery

Supna Zaidi Peery's immigration practice is concentrated in business immigration. Her clients include academics, scientists, and professionals across a variety of industries. Recent approvals have included commercial pilots, scientists and start-up entrepreneurs who have filed: EB-1, EB-2, EB-3, EB-2 NIW, L, H-1B, E-2 Treaty/trader filings and PERM filings. 

Supna also has expertise in asylum and deportation relief, including reversing deportation decisions so clients could legally stay in the US (appellate level representation of clients to the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA)). Clients have included refugees from Latin America, asylees fleeing Sudan, Turkey, Pakistan, among others.

Supna speaks Urdu/Hindi.

Marlena H. Moersdorf

Marlena H. Moersdorf is a licensed attorney with over 15 years of experience practicing immigration law.  Marlena's immigration law expertise includes business, family, naturalization, asylum and deportation defense matters.  She provides representation in appeals matters, including matters before the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA).  

Marlena's legal services include in-person attorney appearances in New Jersey before the USCIS, the Asylum Office, the Immigration Court (EOIR) and ICE.  She is also available for in-person appearances in courts and immigration offices in locations outside of New Jersey upon request. Please note, at this time, most immigration court locations regularly schedule Webex appearances.

Marlena has dedicated her legal career to serving immigrants.  Prior to becoming a partner at Zaidi and Moersdorf, LLP, Marlena held the role of Supervising Attorney for the Center for Citizenship and Legal Immigration, [a legal center at the nonprofit organization, Morris County Organization for Hispanic Affairs(MCOHA), located in Dover, NJ] for seven years.  Her previous experience also includes over four years as an associate at Arrufat Gracia PLLC, in New York City, where she directed the firm’s immigration practice.  Before her work with Arrufat Gracia, PLLC, Marlena owned and operated a solo law practice in Rutherford, NJ.  During her final year of law school, she served as a student attorney at the university's Jacob Burns Community Legal Clinic for immigration.
